The Male Leg Builder program was designed to help build bigger and toned quads, increase leg strength, and overall aesthetic physique.

- This Program is designed to hit Legs/Glutes 2-3x week- with heavy movements, isolation movements, plyometric, and more!
- 12 Week Program – broken down into 3- 4 week phases
- Cardio Sessions – HIIT, Track Workouts, and Steady Cardio
- Upper body workouts with core movements on the other days – you will have a full split of all muscle groups with this program with the emphasis on legs and glutes.
