Looking to increase the intensity or change things up with your exercise program, and learn new exercises? The monthly exercise program will be designed based off of your goals, and current level of activity. You will fill out a questionnaire about your past and current health history, workout routine, and daily activities – then I will create an individualized exercise program to reach your goals.

 

Description

If you’re looking to kick up the intensity in your workout regimen, or reach a goal physique you’ve desired for a while now- then this option is for you! The program will be customized based off of your answers on the questionnaire and your goals.

  • Each week you will send progress pictures and answer the questions I created to ensure you’re making progress.
  • Adjustments will be made based on progress and within 48-72 hours after weekly check-ins and progress pictures.
  • I will be available for unlimited e-mail support throughout the time we are working together!
