MISSION & WHAT MAKES THIS CHALLENGE DIFFERENT? 

Whatever challenge you faced this year- it’s time to Rise Up and take over 2018! This is your year to get in the best shape or reach new fitness goals! The fitness challenge was designed to push you beyond limits physically and mentally- to RISE UP above any obstacle.

It’s a great way to start the new year with support and a competitive feel!

You will be getting fit, while you help others!
 Plus, it’s a great way to start the new year with a like-minded community and a competitive feel! It’s time to commit to a plan and rise up above any obstacle you’ve faced! Please read below for a detailed description of the challenge!
I will be donating 25% of ALL funds from the challenge for the Relay for Life of Arizona State University which donates to the American Cancer Society. 
I have many friends/family members who have battled cancer and it was on my heart to shine some light on their obstacle and give to this organization to help fund their treatment.

You can do this program 100% online. 
If you don’t live in Arizona don’t worry, we will have plenty community support with the private Facebook page, and Instagram! 
NUTRITION PART:
  • Meal plan, Learn nutrition basics, grocery list, supplementation recommendations, and recipes (not individualized, but based off your weight, height, and goal and placed into a calorie range)
  • You can upgrade for individualized meal plan for an extra $125.00 for the entire 8 weeks with 1 macro nutrient change (last option below).
EXERCISE PROGRAM: 
  • Male and Female 8-WEEK program broken down into 2 phases
  • Lifting program designed to increase the intensity and get real results. 
  • Cardio programming 
  • Learn how to build great legs, round shoulders, slim waist, increase your endurance, and feel better than ever! 
ACCOUTNABITY/ SOCIAL MEDIA: 
  • Unlimited Access to ask questions, or simply chat about your progress via email 
  • MANDATORY weekly check ins with Bernice Via Email with progress pictures and the 5 check-in questions. 
  • Private Facebook page to chat, post motivating content, and weekly challenges with prize giveaways 
    • Weekly Facebook Give-a-ways: LIFEAID Bev Co, Quest Nutrition, Muscle Tech, Lenny and Larry, Crave Nutrition, gift cards from nutrition shops and more!

  • $89.00 – for online 8-week exercise program, and access to all the accountability programs.
  • $214.00 for online 8-week exercise program, INDIVIDUALIZED meal plan with weekly check-ins & changes, and access to all the accountability programs.
  • Optional group boot-camps will be announced throughout the challenge for additional fee. Location to be announced. 
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
OVERALL CHALLENGE WINNER: 
Everyone likes a little challenge, so we will have one male and one female winner. They will be chosen based on top overall performance and best results. (weight loss, or muscle gaining)   
  • We want you to be engaged in the challenge and with the team; therefore, at least one social media post a week is mandatory to be an overall challenge winner! 
  • This can be a selfie, motivational quote, recipe, food, anything to do with the challenge! You will need to use the challenge hash tag and tag @bernicegracefit. 
ONE MALE. ONE FEMALE. 
    • Cash Money Prize (announced once everyone signs up)
    • 1 month of FREE coaching after the challenge – meal plan + online exercise program
