Ingredients:

  • 6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 cup of shredded kale
  • 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper- chopped
  • 1 tbsp. of garlic herb spice (sprouts)
  • ½ cup of roasted tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. of sea salt
  • 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken in the pan with all the chopped vegetables.
  2. Put the heat on 350, and cook for about 2 hours, until the chicken gets shredded.
