- 6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup of shredded kale
- 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper- chopped
- 1 tbsp. of garlic herb spice (sprouts)
- ½ cup of roasted tomatoes
- ½ tsp. of sea salt
- 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
- Place the chicken in the pan with all the chopped vegetables.
- Put the heat on 350, and cook for about 2 hours, until the chicken gets shredded.
