You will fillw out my new client form, we will set up a 30 minute call to go over your goals, and then I will create your meal plan for your goals. It will include macronutrients + what foods/portions to eat for each meal and what time to eat them with your schedule to help you plan your days out! We will use my online app for check ins weekly. I will make changes based on progress, goals, and results!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
